Information is collected from you by filling in a registration form.  This information will be used to contact you for administration purposes only and will never be passed on to third parties. If you contact me, a record of that correspondence may be kept. You may also be asked as part of the registration process to complete a physical-activity-readiness-questionnaire (PAR-Q). This is a requirement of many insurance companies now and is a self assessment of readiness for physical activity.

Your data is treated securely and in accordance with best practices, electronic storage is password protected and paper storage is under lock and key.

 

 

Accuracy

 

To keep your information accurate, you are request to provide an update should your contact details change. You will be asked to complete a new registration form each year, the old form and electronic record will be deleted.

You are entitled to view all personal information held about you.

You are entitled to request that any personal information held is corrected.
